What happens on retreat?
Rapid Tapping®, all of us together at once. Two days of that, in the Ibiza sunshine.
What's included
The Pre-Integration Circle. Live online, a few weeks before. Meet the group, so you arrive among friends, not strangers.
Group Intention Setting, one hour. Live online, the week before. We name your one desire together, so you step off the plane already knowing exactly what you came for.
The 2 Day Immersion. Saturday and Sunday together in Ibiza, with lunch both days. Rapid Tapping®, your IMPs® and every one of the 7Ds, lived out loud in a group of around twenty. You stay wherever you like and we meet in our sunshine surroundings each day.
Your 7D action plan. You leave with your own plan for the weeks after, so the shift keeps moving once you're home.
The Post-Integration Circle. Live online, a few weeks after. We check in on what has moved, clear what came up, and lock in the shift so it lasts.

Hello, I'm Poppy.
I'm the founder of Rapid Tapping® and the author of Tapping In and Unlock Your Power. Both books were commissioned by publishers who came to me, because this work was already changing lives.
Before this, I spent fifteen years at the top of British television. Today I work with Fortune 100 executives, founders and leaders, I'm a Global Ambassador for Mind, and my Rapid Tapping® films have flown with Virgin Atlantic.
In Ibiza, it's just us. Around twenty people, two days, and the kind of change that happens in real time, not sometime.
Good questions
Before you say yes.
I've never tapped before. Is that ok?
Completely. You'll learn everything from scratch, and the Pre-Integration Circle settles you in before you land.
Can I come on my own?
Most people do. You'll meet the group online first, so you arrive among friends.
Do I have to share personal things out loud?
You share as much or as little as feels right. The work still works.
Is accommodation included?
No, this is the 2 Day Immersion, so you stay wherever suits you. The island is so tiny you can drive end to end in about 45 minutes, so you can't go far wrong.
Can I spread the cost?
Yes. £250 holds your place today, and the balance is two payments of £500 in January and March 2027.

This is the 2 Day Immersion, not a residential stay. You sort your own flights and accommodation however suits you, and we meet in our sunshine surroundings each day. The White Isle is so tiny you can drive from one end to the other in about 45 minutes, so wherever you book to stay, you honestly can't go far wrong.
