What you do, who it is for and what changes, said in one sentence nobody asks you to repeat. Positioning, story, language, offers and what you want to be known for.

Over the year Poppy takes the room through eight collective six week focus cycles, the Four Ms twice over. Inside every cycle you choose ONE personal PRO LEAP. Follow the current focus with the room. Choose the M your business needs more. Or keep building the Leap you already started, if it is still the priority.
Questions and hot seats can cover any of the four Ms at any time. Your progress follows MY PRO LEAP, not the group's timetable.
The teaching follows the current PROPEL focus. The coaching follows you.

PROPEL

The room
Every Tuesday. 12 noon UK. Fifty minutes with Poppy.
Live, recorded, and built the same way every single week so you always know what you are walking into.
0 to 5Land. One 3As reset so everybody arrives in the room properly.
5 to 40The work for that week of the Leap. Teaching, then coaching.
40 to 50Commitments out loud. Each person names the one thing done by next Tuesday.
Four hot seats every session, drawn by ballot, so everybody gets their turn with Poppy. Not first come first served, because that only ever rewards whoever was sitting next to their phone.
No one to one. Everything happens in the room, in front of everybody, because the answer you get is never just for you.
Replays land in your private portal hub the same day. Poppy brings transformation and strategy. Your Success Lead brings the rest.
Between Tuesdays
Your PROPEL Success Lead.
Rach holds the room between sessions. Implementation and accountability, so the commitment you said out loud on Tuesday is the thing you actually did by the next one.
Your weekly check in. Your Leap tracked from week one to week six. The DITCH week and the TROUBLESHOOT week hosted. The practical questions answered without waiting for Tuesday.
Poppy moves the pattern. Rach makes sure the move sticks.

Why it is this price
Cheaper than most incubators and masterminds. On purpose.
Business incubators, practitioner training programmes and masterminds at this level run at four figures a month. Private clients hire me at multiple five figures, often on long running retainers, for my one to one eye on their expansion blocks and contraction traps across their ventures, their mindset and their relationships. PROPEL puts that same eye on your business every Tuesday for a fraction of one hour of my private time, and in that room you build your next level offering suite. And I am properly, absolutely fine with it. Three reasons.
One. You cannot buy your way in. PROPEL begins at Level 2 Practitioner status and no amount of money skips that. The training is the filter, not the price.
Two. The Founding 12 are not customers, they are the proof. You build the results this room gets sold on next year, and I would rather have your story than my margin. For now.
Three. I want people to train in Rapid Tapping® just to get into this room. Train in the method to earn the door, walk through it, get paid properly for the method. That is not a loophole. That is the whole design.

What level do I need?
Level 2 Rapid Tapping® Practitioner or above.
Can Level 1 Instructors join?
No. Level 1 is Instructor status, primarily mood and wellbeing, and is not full practitioner status. Level 2 Practitioner Training is the route in, and newly qualified Level 2s are welcome straight away.
Do I need an existing business or clients?
No. Career switchers and newly qualified Level 2 Practitioners join with nothing built yet. You choose the PRO LEAP that fits your stage, so you are never behind anyone.
Will I be behind established members?
No. Each person chooses the personal PRO LEAP appropriate to where they are. Same room, different Leap.
Do I have to follow the current M?
No. Follow the focus, choose another M, or continue the Leap your business still needs. The teaching follows the focus. The coaching follows you.
Can I ask Poppy about a different M to the one the room is on?
Yes. Coaching, questions and hot seats can cover all four Ms at any time.
Can you advise on my yoga, coaching or other business?
Only where it directly helps build, market, deliver or grow your Rapid Tapping® business. That one question decides what belongs in the room.
Is PROPEL an advanced qualification or a PIP pathway?
No. PROPEL is business growth. Advanced and PIP pathways remain separate.
Is the PRO Club and licence still a separate cost?
No. PRO Club and your eligible PRO Register listing are included for the 12 months of PROPEL.
What if I cannot make a Tuesday?
Every session is recorded. Post your commitment for the week and your Success Lead picks it up.
Does the founding rate stay?
Yes, for as long as you stay a member. New members after the Founding 12 join at £200 a month and up.
Is income guaranteed?
No. PROPEL builds strategy, visibility, systems, implementation and commercial capability. Specific outcomes are yours to make, and we will be right there while you make them.
You are ready if you have read this far.
