The pattern
You've done the work.
Read the books. Done the breathwork. Said the affirmations.
Built the career, the family, the life that looks good from the outside.
And somehow the thing you want most is still just out of reach.
The same conversation on repeat. The same knot in your stomach on a Sunday night.
The sense that you're winning on paper while wondering why it still feels like this.
There's a pattern running underneath it all. You didn't choose it. It chose you.
That's what this night is for. We find it, we clear it, live, in a room full of people doing the same, and you walk out into the London evening lighter than you've felt in years.
The outcome
By the time you're on the tube home, you'll know:
→ Which IMP® has been running your show, and how to spot it in the moment.
→ What your nervous system has been protecting you from, and how to thank it and move on.
→ What you actually want, said out loud, in a room of 300 people who heard you.
→ Why the thing you've been forcing was never meant to be forced.
→ The two-finger tool you'll use before your feet touch the floor tomorrow morning.
→ What it feels like to sit in a theatre humming at the same frequency, and why you won't want to leave.

The room
One room. No livestream.
The Susie Sainsbury Theatre holds what it holds. Nothing is streamed and nothing is recorded for sale. Every seat that goes is gone.
The Power 100 is capped at 100 on purpose. A drinks reception stops being a reception past that number, and a backstage afterparty stops being backstage. When it closes, the only way in is Essential.
The Power 100 · £222 Best seats, reception from 5:30pm, signed book, a year of the app, the bag, the afterparty. Limited seats.
Essential · £111 A great seat, the whole show, the whole room.
In aid of Mind, where Poppy is a Global Ambassador.

Royal Academy of Music · Marylebone Road · London
Two hundred years of resonance.
A Royal hall built for how sound moves through a human being, ours for one night. Red velvet seats, teardrop lights, a whole theatre tapping as one. A short walk from Baker Street.
Your heart already knows.
In six months you'll either have shifted the pattern, or be reading about someone who did. One night in London decides which. I've saved you a seat.
Life is now. Let's go.
