2.Do it today, 9/9. Then once a day on the 10th, 11th and 12th. Same time if you can. Completion energy builds on repetition, not effort.
3.Notice what moves. A decision. A conversation. A calm where the tightness was. Reply to my email and tell me. I read every one.
